DoreenSCOTTIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doreen Scott (nee Wheatley, formerly Nicholson). Doreen passed away peacefully at Roseberry Court Care Home, Redcar, on Saturday 20th December 2025, aged 79 years.
A beloved wife of Doug, a loving mother to Neil, Gary and Jonnie. A dear mother-in-law to Joanne and Ali and a treasured nana to Samuel, Joseph, Jessie, Libby and Lexi. A loving sister to Graham, Shirley, Jean, Harry, Keith and Cynthia, a much-loved aunty and a caring friend to many.
The funeral service will take place on Friday 16th January 2026 at Kirkleatham Memorial Park and Crematorium, Redcar, at 2.00pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Doreen are warmly accepted in support of the Alzheimer's Society.
