Our much loved son, brother, grandson, partner, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.
Missed beyond measure, with immense sadness.
Funeral Service to be held at St Stephen's Church, Newport on Friday 12th December at 12.00noon, followed by private family interment.
No flowers please, but donations for Harry's Fund and P.A.U.L may be left at the service.
