MichaelSHARKEY(JOE) On 25th April, 2008 Peacefully in Alwoodleigh Nursing Home, aged 95 years. (Former teacher at St Joseph's). The dearly loved husband of the late Mary, devoted father of Brendan, Michael and Magdalen, also a much loved grandpa and great grandpa. The cortege will leave McNulty Funeral Home, 25 New North Parade for Reception into St Joseph's Church, Somerset Rd on Monday 5th May at 4.00 p.m. for Requiem Mass on Tuesday 6th May at 11.00 a.m. followed by interment at Almondbury Cemetery. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the church. No flowers please by request but donations in lieu if so desired to the Stroke Unit c/o General Office, HRI, Acre St, Lindley HD3 3EA. A donation plate will also be available at the back of church.
