Devoted wife of John, loving mother to Angela and Stephen and a beloved Nan and Great Nan.
The funeral service will take place at St George's Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday 25th March at 11am, followed by a committal at West Lancashire Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, however donations can be made in memory of Pat for Liverpool Women's Hospital Neonatal Unit.
