When we think of Helen, the first thought is one of laughter. Helen was a wonderful neighbour as Emma & I grew up in Lichfield. She was funny, witty, and always willing to help us. It was an honour being bridesmaid with Emma at Dick & Helen's wedding.
Helen loved Arsenal and enjoyed talking about the games! She thought education was so important and loved the challenge of teaching in schools that were challenging, and where she could make a difference.
Helen will be greatly missed.
Michele, Glyn Daniel & Alexander.
Michele

Wist.......Raconteur Emeritus! Nothing compares.
After nearly a quarter of a century when Steve and I got together again I found a partner in crime(shopping in nice places) Strictly gossip and a true friend for the past 20 plus years
Together with the other Birmingham friends from back then, the Skillies and Maggie, and Roger Steve and I met regularly. We had short stays around the UK and local meetups. There was always laughter, plenty of politics and loads of walking and talking. Over the last few months our meetups have been in Lichfield but storytelling never ended.
Goodbye dear friend
