Nigel StewartSHARPENigel Sharpe passed away peacefully on Friday 20th February 2026 in the Queen Elizabeth hospital, Birmingham,
as a result of complications from a lung transplant. He was 68 years of age and surrounded by his family at the time of his passing.
Nigel will be greatly missed by his wife of 40 years, Jenny, sons, Dale and Aiden, daughters in law, Jade and Abi, as well as his 5 grandchildren, Jude, Logan, Marissa, Jesse and Ophelia, and also his brother Kevin and family.
A funeral service will be held at Newhall Methodist Church on Tuesday 31st March 2026 at 11.30am, followed by a private family committal at Bretby Crematorium.
Family flowers only by kind request.
Donations in Lieu will benefit Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis and Newhall Methodist Church, these can be made below or on the day at the church.
