Funeral service and cremation to be held on Wedneday, October 7 at The Chapel of St. Hilda, Teesside Crematorium at 10.15am. Family and friends please meet at crematorium chapel. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to The British Heart Foundation. Collection box provided outside crematorium chapel.
