JohnSHEARSJohn sadly passed away peacefully on Monday 20th October 2025 in Hull Royal Infirmary. Now resting and reunited with Janet.
Funeral service to be held at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium HU5 4EF on Friday 21st November at 2pm, We will then raise a glass in his memory at The Goodfellowship Inn, Cottingham Road.

In his later years he received support from Hull 4 Heroes in making his flat a home when he needed to move into a wheelchair accessible property. John was a great supporter of the charity and the work they do. In lieu of flowers for his funeral we would ask that those who would like to, make a donation in his memory so that the vital work the team at Hull 4 Heroes do may continue.
