The family of the late Ernest Sheldon wish to express their sincere thanks to relatives and friends for their kind messages of sympathy, cards and generous donations received in memory of Ernie. Special thanks to the doctors and district nurses of Leek Health Centre, Julie Stutt from the Douglas Macmillan Hospice and the staff on Cottage Ward at Leek Moorlands Hospital for the care they gave to Ernie during his illness. Also many thanks to Jill Richards for a lovely service, Jeff Wood for a wonderful tribute and Paul and Michael of S. Sigley & Sons for their help and support throughout the funeral arrangements.
