Funeral service to take place at Ruddington Methodist Church on Tuesday 30 June at 2:00pm, followed by a committal at Wilford Hill Crematorium at 3:00pm.

Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired can be made to The British Heart Foundation may be sent care of
