FredaSHEPHERDIn loving memory of Freda Shepherd who sadly passed away at Hayward House Hospice on 29 September 2025, after a long and brave battle with cancer. She was the loving wife of Alan, devoted mum to daughters Bev and Deb and loving sister to Ros.

The funeral for the celebration of Freda's life is to be held at Gedling Crematorium on Wednesday 22 October at 1:00 p.m. followed by refreshments at Mapperley Plains Recreation & Social Club.

Family flowers only but donations can be made on the day which will be divided between Hayward House and Macmillan Cancer Support. However if you wish to donate online, please donate at www.nottinghamhospitalscharity.org.uk, Hayward House Appeal or www.macmillan.org.uk.

A wonderful teacher who taught our daughter @ Killisick Junior School and a really lovely lady. Always enjoyed our catch up chats in Sainsbury’s over the years. She was so proud of her girls. Deepest sympathy to Alan, Bev & Deb.
