Peacefully on 23rd August, aged 64 years, Pat (nee Sunley), devoted mam of Steven, Gavin and Karl, loving daughter of Mona, much loved nana of Jessica, Steven and Madison also a loving sister and Aunty to all the family. Friends please meet for Service at Heaton Cemetery Chapel on Tuesday 1st September at 11.00am followed by interment.
