TerrySIMPSONIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Terry Simpson on 8th January 2026.
Terry dedicated 32 years of his life to serving in the Royal Navy, exemplifying commitment and honour throughout his career. After his naval service, from 1996 to 2001, he continued to serve his community as the Postmaster at Wetley Rocks Post Office.
His love for the sea endured as he volunteered as skipper on the Beatrice for 14 years, sharing his passion and experience generously.
Terry will be greatly missed by Jean, Kirsten and Iain, Tamsin and Christopher, along with all who had the privilege of knowing him.
At Terry's own request a private cremation will take place.
