Service and Cremation takes place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Monday 16th February at 12 Noon.
Would friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel. A splash of red can be worn if desired.
Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu if so desired to Great North Air Ambulance Service.
