The best dad there could be to Eboni, Piper, Reuben and Jacob, dearly loved son of Derek and the late Fran,
loving step son of Christine and also a much loved brother, brother in law and uncle who shall be
deeply and sorely missed.
A celebration of David's life shall take place on
Monday July 20th in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium at 10.00am.
Would friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel.
Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to Diabetes UK.
A collection box shall be available after the service.
