John SedgwickSINGLETONOn Wednesday 4th January 2017, peacefully, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, John aged 94 years. The dearly loved husband of Audrey and a much loved brother, father and grandpa. Formerly senior partner of G F Singleton and Co, past Chairman of Governors at QEGS Blackburn, and of Blackburn Ragged School. Former magistrate, rotarian, church organist and involved with many local charities and organisations. John will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Silas's Church Blackburn on Friday 27th January 2017 at 2.15 pm following a private family cremation. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton.
