To my Nan,

Thank you for being the most amazing nan anyone could ask for. Your love, care and kindness for all of your family knew no bounds and I felt that love every moment we spent together. I’m so thankful for the many happy memories I have of you and feel grateful that I was lucky enough to be your grandson.
I was so proud when I got the chance to introduce you firstly to Lucy, and then to Billy and Sophie after they were born. I could see how proud you were of me and my family as family meant everything to you.
They say that grief is the price we pay for love, but where there is great grief, there is greater love. Nan, you truly were the heart of our family and your love will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to have known you.
