A beloved wife to David (Deceased), dear mum to Julie, Nicola and Kerry, mother-in-law to Carl, Steve and Steve, gran to Ashley, Sophie, Joseph, Daisy and Owen and step-gran to Ben, Kirsten, Cameron, Amelia and Joseph. You fought hard mum, but the angels wanted you. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 2nd April at Weston Mill Crematorium at 5pm but regrettably this is restricted to immediate family. A celebration of Pat's life will take place as soon as it can be arranged and all of her family and friends will be invited.
