Stephen died peacefully at Chapel Fields Care Home, Frodsham, on Pentecost Sunday 19th May 2024, aged 93.
Devoted husband to the late Sue Smalley, much loved father to Jovian and Evelyn, and beloved Grandpa to Caitlin, Grace and Samuel Stephen.
The funeral will be held at Chester Cathedral on Thursday 13th June 2024 at 10:30am, followed by a committal at Chester Crematorium.
