David GavinSMALLMAN(DAVE) The Funeral has taken place of David Gavin Smallman (Dave), aged 78 years of Connah's Quay. Mr. Smallman was a retired steelmaker who was a member of Holywell Golf Club and a keen D.I.Y. enthusiast. Before his illness overcame him he led a wide social life particularly dancing with his wife Maureen. He leaves behind his wife and two sons, Gavin and Neil. A Service at Blacon Crematorium was led by Mrs. M. McDonald. Thank you to the many mourners that attended, too many to name, Dave will be truly missed by all. Donations of ?500 were gratefully received by the National Heart and Lung Institute Fund. Funeral arrangements by O. W. Ellis, Shotton.
