Clare LouiseSMARTIt is with great sadness we announce the death of Clare, devoted wife to Gareth, loving mother to Max and Harry. A wonderful daughter to Graham and Gill; sister to Ian and sister-in-law to Alex, Nicola, and Claire; auntie to Rhys, Abigail, and Cameron. Clare will be greatly missed by all her family and her many friends. Funeral Service at Llandaff Cathedral, main chapel on Thursday 31st August at 12.30 pm. Private family committal Briwnant Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium. Following the Service, we will be holding a gathering at Radyr Golf Club, from 2.30pm, to celebrate Clare's life. All welcome. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to either the City Hospice or Velindre. Dress: traditional with a hint of pink. Funeral planned by James Summers Funeral-care.
