Jean ValerieSMARTWho sadly passed away on the 24th March 2026, at St. Chamond's Care Home, Prestatyn, aged 84 years and of Prestatyn.
Beloved wife of the late Reginald. Dear mother of Joanne and Kathryn. Cherished Grandmother of Jack, Ross, William and Alexander. Jean will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, on Wednesday 15th April, at 1:00pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if so desired, in memory of Jean will be gratefully accepted towards Dementia UK.
