LornaSMITHSMITH The family of the late Lorna Smith would like to acknowledge their thanks and appreciation to relatives and friends for kind thoughts, sympathy and support at this difficult time. Special thanks are extended to the medical teams from across the UK who helped Lorna during her illness and for the additional care received from Ayrshire Hospice and Ayrshire Cancer Support. Thank you to Mrs Dorothy Grainger for providing a service that will be rememberd well by all who attended as a fitting tribute to Lorna's life, and thanks are also due to Matthew and the staff at Portland Funeral Services for their organisation of the service and burial. Finally, thank you to all who donated money to Ayrshire Cancer Support on the day of the funeral and to friends who raised further donations on sponsored events in memory of Lorna, this has raised over £1,000 which will go to help support other families who have been affected by a loved one suffering from cancer.
