The Family of the late Andy Smith would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy and donations received in their sad bereavement. Grateful thanks to Dr. Dent and all the Staff at the Oncology Unit at H.R.I., Dr. Mitchell and the District Nurses at Meltham Group Practice for their excellent care and guidance, the West Yorkshire Police Band, the whole of the West Yorkshire Policy Family for their kindness and support throughout Andy's illness. Special thanks to Rev. Paul Wilcock, P.C. Pete (Hector) Nethercoat, P.C. Dean Taylor and Chief Constable Sir Norman Bettison for making Andy's Service so memorable. The overwhelming attendance of so many friends and colleagues was a great comfort to us all.
