CarolSMITHElizabeth 27.10.1957 - 26.04.2008 It is with great sadness that the family announce the death of our beloved Carol, who passed away with courage and dignity surrounded by her family at Prince Charles Hospital. Carol was a precious mother to Adam and Joshua, a much loved sister to Christine, David, Jackie and Michele and aunty to her many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind messages of sympathy which helped to comfort us as a family during such a sad and difficult time. Many thanks to everyone who attended the service at The Tabernacle Church, followed by Llwydcoed Crematorium, and an extended thank you to the bearers for their support. A special thank you to neighbours Carol and Bryn for the support to Carol and her boys over the years and to Susan for being Carol's friend. A sincere thank you to Carol's carers and all the support team for your dedication shown, the transplant unit at Harefield, London and all staff at Ward 10 Prince Charles Hospital who helped Carol through her final days. A heartfelt thank you for the very generous donations in lieu of flowers for the transplant unit and Ward 10. Our sincere thanks to Rev. David Protheroe whose warm words and special tribute made the service such a celebration of Carol's life. God bless you Carol we will always miss and love you. Rest in peace xx
