We want to thank Father Damon, Chaplains Lynn Purvis and Ian Rowland and the wonderful Macmillan girls for their friendship and advice throughout 2009. Most of all, we want to put on record our admiration and everlasting gratitude to the peerless staff and volunteers at the Butterwick Hospice. You have created the impossible - a loving haven in the worst of all storms. We sincerely thank you for your care and inspiration.
