DerekSMITHPassed away peacefully following a brief illness on Tuesday 28th June 2011 aged 61. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Marian and son Wayne. He also leaves behind Mum (Betty), Auntie Pat, Sister Sheila and brother-in-law Tony, sister-in-law Barbara and nephew Adam, nephews Russ, Chris and partner Mandy, niece and god daughter Tracey and her partner Dave and great nieces Lauren and Corrin. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him and is now peacefully at rest. Funeral service to be held at Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium on Wednesday 6th July 2011 at 1.00pm. Flowers or donations if desired for Marie Curie Hospice Solihull to A. Pargetter & Son, Funeral Directors, City Mews, Lamb Street, Coventry, CV1 4AE. (Tel 024 7622 3343)
