JoanSMITHSMITH (Joan) Peacefully after a long illness bravely borne on September 31st 2008 at the CGH, in the loving care of her family, Joan, of Wolstanton, aged 64, the dearly loved wife of David, devoted mum to Sian and Garath, dear mother-in-law to Rachel, a much loved nana to Joshua and Alex, a loving sister to John, sister-in-law to Gwen, a dear niece to Frank. Joan will be sadly missed by her relatives and many friends. Funeral service and cremation at Bradwell Crematorium on Monday November 10th at 1.30pm.
