PaulineSMITHANNE Following a long illness Pauline passed away peacefully whilst in the Intensive Care Unit at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, on Friday 30th August, surrounded by her family. She was a loving, loyal and dear wife to Steve and a thoroughly devoted and loving mother to Adam. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Her funeral service will take place at All Saints Church, Foley Road East, Streetly, B74 3JL on Friday 13th September 2013 at 2pm. We request family flowers only and any donations will be forwarded onto the charities of Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis.
