Michael JohnSMITH(Mick) Passed away peacefully after a long illness on the 22nd of December 2018 aged 70 years. Much loved Husband of Stella. Father to Louise and Step-Father to Clare, Louise, Geoffrey and Gary. Beloved Brother to Richard and Martin. Michael will be sadly missed. The funeral service will take place on Friday January 18th 2019 at 2:45pm at The Heart of England Crematorium Nuneaton, family flowers only please but donations are being received for Dementia UK C/O Co-operative Funeralcare Park House, Riversley Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5QS
