AdelaideSMITH(Addie) Passed away peacefully at Queens Hospital Burton Upon Trent on Wednesday 20th February aged 87 years. Loving wife to Geoff, beloved mother to Kay, Jean, Norma & Gilly, adored Nan, Great Nan and Great Great Nan. Friend to all who knew her. Funeral service at Lichfield & District Crematorium Fradley Lane Lichfield 1.30pm Friday 8th March.
