Neil HowardSMITHSadly passed away at Millington Springs Care Home on 13th April aged 69 years. The funeral service will be held on Thursday 9th May, 14:00 at St Werburgh's Church Blackwell followed by a committal service at Mansfield Crematorium, 15:00. Flowers are welcome and any donations would be gratefully received on the day for Parkinsons UK and St Werburgh's Church.
