Sadly, we had to use the services of the Co-operative funeral services for the third time in the last twenty months. Thank you, Sandra and Kate for looking after us, so well, again. We are grateful for the help we received from Housley Chemist, the District Nursing Team and the lovely reception staff of Derwent Medical Practice. Finally, Geoff and I will never forget the help and support we received from Dr Anna (Frain) and the staff from LAMCare24. Only you all will understand how difficult the last 8 weeks prior to Dad passing away were for Geoff and I. Thank You xxx Angela
