KeithSMITHMorpeth Julie, Abbie, Kieron and family of the late Keith would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone for all the cards and flowers received during our recent sad bereavement. Also for all the kindness and support shown to all the family from all friends and neighbours. We would like to say a special thank you to Mr Stuart Robinson and specialist nurse Nicky Kilbride at the Freeman Hospital and to Dr Bradshaw and specialist nurse Dawn Elliott and all the nurses on oncology, at Wansbaeck Hospital for all their care for Keith. Also to all the Doctors and nurses on Ward 5 at Crammlington Hospital. We are so grateful for all the care given to Keith by Macmillan Support for all the numerous nurses and carers who came to our home and to all at Greystoke Surgery and for the exceptional care given from Nurse Gail Cuthbert. Thank you to Janet and Annie for the lovely service at St Mary's Church and to Pete for reading the eulogy, written by Carol, Keith's sister. Many thanks to Alan Beal and his team at JW Peters for the guidance and professional funeral arrangements. A special thank you also to Ken Beattie for the wonderful reception held for Keith at Craik Park. Also to Keith's brother, Jim Smith for his great memory book about Keith and to Louise at The Bee and Botomist for all the beautiful flowers. We are over whelmed by the charity donations and every ones generosity. Thank you so much.
