JackSMITHPassed away peacefully at April Cottage Care Home on Tuesday 26th July. Aged 97. Reunited with loving wife Betty. Much loved father of Janice, Eric, Carol & Sue. Treasured grandfather and great grandfather. Gone from our sight but never from our hearts. Jack's Funeral Service will take place at Loughborough Crematorium on Thursday 25th August at 2.00pm.
