Patricia AnnSMITHPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on 25th February 2024, aged 84 years.
Mother to Andrew and Nicholas, beloved Nannie to Tegan, Rosie, Abbie, Felix and Arthur. Patricia will be so greatly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral service to take place at Trent Valley Crematorium (Aston-on-Trent) on Monday 25th March at 12:30pm.
