Funeral service to take place on Monday 22nd July at the Lelley Fields Crematorium 1.00pm (Oak Hall).
No flowers by request but donations will be divided between MENCAP and Animal Charities, collection plate at the service.
By family request no black clothing, colourful is preferred, Hull FC and Liverpool FC shirts are welcome.
