Phyllis ElsieSMITHPassed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday 21st May 2025.
Loving wife of the late Donald. Much loved mum to Graham, David, Jayne, Julie and Lynne and adored Grandma to Nicole, Lucy and Leah. Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Friday 13th June, 10.30am at St. Editha's Church, Tamworth followed by The Committal at Amington Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired in memory of Phyllis are for Age UK and Cancer Research.
