John HenrySMITHSadly on 28th September 2025 whilst in the care of Waltham House Care Home, Grimsby, surrounded by love, laughter and occasional tears, Jack aged 92 years slipped peacefully away in the presence of his devoted daughter Denise.
Beloved husband of the late Joy, much-adored Grandad to Aaron, Kristian and their respective partners Mel and Nicole, Great Grandad to Kobe, Jasmine, Molly, Zephanie and Leon, cherished great Great Grandad to Harper and Olive, a respected Father-in-law to Ian, a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle and a trusted and loyal friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A service to celebrate Jack's life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 24th October 2025, at 2.15pm. Mourning dress is optional.
