RitaSMITHRita Slater Smith passed away peacefully but unexpectedly on 21st November 2025 aged 86 at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
Loving Wife to the late David Smith and much loved Mother to Stephen, Mother in Law to Jane, cherished Grandmother to Jessica.
Rita will be deeply missed by all her friends, family and all who knew her.
Funeral Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Rhuddlan followed by committal at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium on Tuesday 30th December 2025 at 11am.
Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received and given to the North Clwyd Animal Rescue.
