DanielSMITHIt is with great sadness that we announce that Daniel (Dan) Smith passed away peacefully on 17th January 2026.
Beloved husband of Margaret, father of Karen and Nigel, father in law of Peter and Linda and Grandpa to George, Jake, Alex, Hannah, Connor, Matthew and Amber.
We look forward to welcoming you at a Thanksgiving Service to celebrate Dan's life at St John the Baptist Church in Newport Barnstaple on 13th February 2026 at 2pm. All who knew Dan are invited to attend.
Donations in lieu of flowers to North Devon Voluntary Services (NDVS) may be given at the Service or c/o W S Gayton & Son, Old School Lane, Fremington, Barnstaple, EX31 3UP.
