DouglasSMITHSuddenly but now peacefully at rest on Sunday 1st February at the Royal Stoke Hospital with his loving family by his side, Douglas aged 91 years of Porthill. The devoted husband of Barbara, treasured dad/father of Garry & Jared, loving father in law of Alison, brother of William and brother in law of John, the much loved grandad of Beki, Jacqui & Jess and a besotted great grandad of Isla.

Douglas will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family, friends and all that knew him.

Funeral service to be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Monday 23rd February at 11:20am.
