Jean AudreySMITHIt is with great sadness that the family of Jean announces her passing on Thursday 26th February at Field House Nursing Home, Radcliffe on Trent aged 80 years.

Preceded in death by Husband Phillip Waldram (Wally) and will be remembered by son Bruce, daughter-in-law Fiona, daughter Nicola, son-in-law Dan, granddaughter Jessica and grandson-in-law Dean.

As a lifelong resident in Nottingham, Jean worked for 50 years for the family building investment company Woodlands alongside a long career of civic service including time as a magistrate, councillor and fundraiser. She was a renowned cook and her incredible meals and desserts were a delight for many and will be missed.

The funeral will be held at Rushcliffe Oaks Crematorium on Monday 30th March at 2:30pm. All are welcome to attend.

Family flowers only, donations may be made in lieu to Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, Guide Dogs or British Heart Foundation courtesy of
