Donald EdwardSMITHof Tamworth passed away with his family by his side at UHCW on Wednesday 4th March aged 76 years.
Husband of the late Kaye Smith, Father to James and Michael and a much-loved Grandad. Sadly missed, but not forgotten.
The Funeral Service will be held at Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Friday 10th April at 2pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity.
