Catherine LesleySMITHKate passed away at Glan Clwyd hospital on the 12th of March 2026 aged 64 years. Kate's passing has left a huge hole in the lives of so many, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her both professionally and personally, but none more so than her devoted family, husband Wayne, sons Joshua and Alexander and her sister Caroline.
Kate's funeral service will take place at 11am on Friday the 10th of April 2026 at Flintshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, Northop.
Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received on behalf of Maggie's Wirral.
