PatriciaSMITHPat passed away peacefully on July 8.
A much-loved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and mother-in-law, and the devoted wife of her late husband, Stan Smith.
Pat was a kind, warm and loving lady whose greatest joy was her family. Her gentle nature, caring heart and unwavering devotion to those she loved will be remembered always.
Pat will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her and will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, July 31 at 11.30am, beginning with a short service at Fred Hamer Funeral Home, Rawtenstall, followed by committal at Burnley Crematorium at 12.15pm.
Family flowers only, please. Donations in Pat's memory, if desired, are welcomed in aid of Dementia UK.
