DavidSMITHThe family of the late Dave would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations for Kirkwood Hospice received during their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Fartown Group Practice and Kirkwood Hospice for the care and attention given to Dave and to the Rev John Radcliffe for his kind words and comforting Service. Special thanks to Steve and Carol at the Black Horse, Lindley for organising a charity event in memory of Dave, proceeds from which will be donated to Kirkwood Hospice.
