Frances AnnSMOLEN (KELLY)Suddenly at home in New York on Saturday, 10th August 2019, Frances Ann, formerly of Craighall Place, Rattray, beloved wife of Alan, much loved mum, grandmother, daughter of the late Frances, sister of Jennifer and Richard Long and the late Irene Conway (nee Kelly). A short service, to which all family and friends are invited, will be held in Blairgowrie Cemetery on Friday, 30th August at 12 noon when Frances' ashes will be interred.
