Mary SallySMYTHSMYTH Mary "Sally". Of Bathampton, passed away on Friday, July 18th at the Royal United Hospital. Devoted Wife of the late Gordon Smyth and dear Mother of Timothy and Annette. Sadly missed by family and friends. The funeral will take place on Monday, August 4th, with a service at Haycombe Crematorium at 12.30 p.m. Flowers or donations to Dorothy House may be sent to W.F. Dolman and Son, 9 Walcot Terrace, Bath, BA1 6AB.

My aunty sally was very dear to me and will be sadly missed in my life. She never once forgot my birthday and wherever I was a card would come through the post. I remember all the times she would make lovely meals all served in the proper dishes to be served at the table with of course the napkins. The smell of the house I will always remember Coal Tar soap. She was always happy, nothing was too much trouble when we went to stay, even when I grew up and visited with my own children.
