SusanSNOOKVictoria and Daniel would like to thank the following; All Mum's Friends, Family and Collegues who attended the funeral in such inclement weather, sorry we didn't have chance to thank you in person on the day. To Martin McGonigle for a moving and personal service. To all the Hospice staff who cared for Mum during her illness and the special effort that went to getting her home for her final days, as she wanted. To Advantage care staff who helped her remain at home during her final weeks. To all Social Services staff who facilitated Mum's independent living. To the team at Christies, the team at Rochdale Infirmary, Macmillan Nurses, Littleborough District Nurses, Littleborough Group Practice staff and GP's for treating and caring for Mum. Thanks for all the cards and donations to Springhill. To everyone who helped out with childcare whilst we looked after Mum especially Sharon, Dad, Jean, Val and Mandy and to all those who offered. Special thanks to Jan for all your efforts and to Mark and Rebecca for supporting us. Susan was an incredibly brave and special Mum, Nana and Sister. She is missed desperately by us all but is at peace now.
